He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Jackson, Sr. and Evelyn Hamilton (Napier); and his siblings, Leon Jackson, Jr., Renfro Bishop, Loretta "Betty" Hensley and Shelia Lynette.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Lynn Jackson (Hall) of East Enterprise, IN; his children, Keith Jackson (Susan) of Fort Wayne, IN, Laura Cope (Lance) of Indianapolis, IN and Jody Hensley of Switzerland County, IN; his grandchildren, Claire Evelyn Jackson, Maddie Jackson, Lydia Cope, Jackson Cope and Raychel Hensley; and his siblings, Benny Jackson, David Jackson, Harold "Harry" Jackson, Howard "Pete" Jackson, Bill Bingham, Juanita Brothers, Melvina Wellbrock and Sandy Vierling. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
