We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2023, at the age of 84, Arthur Leroy Stoops of East Enterprise, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stoops and Helen Stoops (Kelly); his wife Ruth Sharon Stoops (McClure); and his sister Alberta Turner. He is survived by: his sons, Arthur Wayne Stoops (Denia) of Carrollton, KY and Anthony Stoops of Moores Hill, IN; his stepchildren, Debbie Gulley (John Melton) of Rising Sun, IN, Patty Hammons of Madison, IN, Doug and Jim Hammons of Madison, IN; his grandchildren, Christin Lewellyn (Garvin) and Tess Hedge (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Mia and Carter Lewellyn; and his stepgranddaughters, Carolyn Moore and Tabitha Bowlds.
