We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2024, at the age of 71, Theresa (Penkala) Ward Kaminski of East Chicago, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Anne-Tina Ward; her parents, Emanuel Penkala and Maria Penkala; and her godson Edward E. Penkala. She is survived by: her husband Krzysztof Kaminski; her children, Elizabeth Pekala (Piotr) and Jeffrey Ward; her grandchildren, Stephanie Pekala, Ashley Ward, Katie Ward, Zack Ward and Cole Ward; and her brother Edward Penkala (Diana).
