It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Evelyn Damper (East Chicago, Indiana), who passed away on June 18, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her son Milton Ross; her grandchildren, Carl Comer-Boone, Milton Comer-Boone (Kelly) and Tyshell Jackson (Chuck); and her siblings-in-law, Mary King-Ross, Dorothy Ross, Bonnie Ross, Nadine Ross, Derrick Ross and Kenneth Ross. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
