She is survived by: her children, Martin Jay Vela, Gilbert Vela, Marie Ruiz (Luis), Robert Vela (Laura) and Norma Villicana (Steven). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; along with many sisters, brothers in-law, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
