He was predeceased by: his sisters, Anna Perrigo and Doris Roe; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny Perrigo, Charles Roe, Joe Sigler, Glenn Vaught, Bob Vaught, Everett Lappin, Virginia Vaught, Darlene Vaught and Orena Lappin.
He is survived by: his spouse Margie Vaught; his children, Pamela Hetrick (Tom), West Lebanon, Stan Clark, Ambia, Steve Clark (Cheryl) and Williamsport; his sister Norma Sigler of Boswell; his grandchildren, Matt Hetrick (Erin), Maribeth Holland (Mike), Phil Clark (Chelsea), John Hetrick (Kelsey), Sarah Clark, Grace Clark and Brian Leak; and his great grandchildren, Kyle, Kenli, Myah Hetrick, Drew and Christian Holland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
