She is survived by: her husband Geoff Kozlowski; her son Geoffrey Kozlowski; her mother Jean Lescak; and her siblings, Beth Lescak, Michael Lescak (Anna), Marilu and Rivich. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
