He is survived by: his sisters, Herminia, Elva and Dora Cuellar of León; his niece Claudia I. Moreno Cuellar; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Roberto Jr., Lizette, Gabriel, Jordat, Briana, Alicia and Natalie; his children, Laura Arceo (Carlos), Larry Flores, Sonya Delgado and Bryan Hoitsma (Melissa); his grandchildren, Carla Campos (Jose Luis), Marcos, Laura E., Carlos A. Arceo, Elizabeth, Gregory Delgado, Bryce, Benson, Brady and Grace Hoitsma; and his great grandchildren, Lilliana, Tristian and Ariel Campos. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews.
