He is survived by: his wife Laura Darlena Mendez; his children, Wendy King (Terry), Jocelin Palacio (Miguel) and Jose Mendez III (Brandy); his grandchildren, Brielee, Olivia, Alexander, Terry Jr. and Gabriel; and his brothers, Edwin Mendez (Kimberly) and Jesus Manuel Mendez.
