He was predeceased by: his wife Clemencia Blanco (Montalvo); his parents, Eleuterio Blanco and Hilaria Blanco; and his siblings, David Blanco, Connie Urbina, Linda Adair and Ricardo Blanco.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Jimenez (late Tito), Rose Vasquez (late Felix), Frances Minjarez (Alberto), Lupe Blanco, Robert Blanco (late Jean) and Armando Blanco (Carmen); and his niece Becky Sanchez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
