He was predeceased by: his wife Mary V. Mucha; his sister Julie; and his half-brother Walter. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Meyer (Robert) and Timothy Mucha (Terry); his grandsons, Timothy James Mucha (Melissa), Philip Robert Meyer, Patrick John Mucha (Katie) and Daniel P. Meyer (Allison); and his sister-in-law Beatrice Norris (late Ray). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
