He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Luisa Ramos Torres; and his sister Juanita Vega. He is survived by: his father Iran Lugo; his sister Carmen Lugo; his nieces, Nayelie Gutierrez and Melanie Gutierrez; his nephew Martin Gutierrez; his great-niece Jayleen Gutierrez; and his great-nephew Adriel Gutierrez. He is also survived by his family and friends.
