She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose' Sandoval and Mauricia Sandoval; her son Aaron Alfaro; her husband Joseph Contreras; her siblings, Esperanza "Hopie" Peterson and Louis Sandoval; her nephew Tyler Peterson; and her brother-in-law Frank Vasquez.
She is survived by: her children, Felicia Stephenson (Tom) and Alberto Alfaro, Jr. (Nancy); her granddaughters, Kelly Stephenson, Juleesa Alfaro and Me-Lady; her siblings, Mary Vasquez (late Frank), Josephine Rodriguez (Cipriano), Juanita Sandoval, Francisca Aguilera (Thomas), Margaret Warner, Isidra Martinez (Steven) and Anthony Lopez (Samantha); and her sister-in-law Lillian "Bobo" Sandoval. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family is requesting no children attend services due to Covid-19 restrictions.
