He is survived by: his sons, David Perez (Annette) and Daniel Perez (Diana); his brother Richard Perez (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Marissa, Thomas, Justin, Mia, Maya and Gabriella Perez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
