He is survived by: his wife Meriam Felders Starr; his children, Kim Simington (Ronnie), African Starr, Everette Starr, Eric Starr (Terri), Jasmine Felders, Shauntae Starr, Chardee Starr (Byron), Nasha Fredo (Williiam), Laila Starr (Oscar) and Runie Glover; and his sisters, Juanita James, Doris Starr and Lillian Duke. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
