He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Lugo and Carmen Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Adrian, Miguel, Anna, Bernardo Jr. and Alyssa; his siblings, Juan (Norma), Yolanda (Alfonso) and Tony (Velma); and his close friend Lupe. He is also survived by Many grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burns Kish Funeral Homes & Cremations - Hammond (5840 Hohman Ave, Hammond, IN 46320). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
