It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Korba (East Chicago, Indiana), who passed away on July 11, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Pondo and Lillian Pondo; her husband Gene Korba; her grandson Corbin Ray Bach; her siblings, Ron, Ken Pondo and Joyce Leouses; and her siblings-in-law, Rosemarie Poludniak (Andrew), Margaret A. Korba and Jerome J. Korba (Deborah).
She is survived by: her children, James Korba (Karen), Michael Korba (Stacy) and Tina Korba; her grandsons, Jacob Korba and Jonathon Bach; her siblings, Rev. Stanley Pondo and Cynthia Neville (Craig); and her sister-in-law Irene Dombrowski (Phil).
