He was predeceased by: his parent Julia Martinez; and his siblings, Servando Madrigal, Ricardo Martinez, Benjamin Ortiz and Guadalupe Zurita.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elvira Salinas (Macario) and Jose L. Madrigal (Rebecca); and his children, Alfonso Martinez (Lindsey) and Lisa Cuevas. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday, September 25, 2020 with Pastor Esteban Perez officiating. (FACE MASKS and SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE REQUIRED).
