He was predeceased by: his daughter Sara Jane Blissmer; his mother Verna Wolak; his siblings, Audrey, Jerry and Jimmy; and his brothers-in-law, Gerald and Joe.

He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Gamblin, Joyce Crook and Janice Planer (Larry); and his sister-in-law Diana Blissmer. He is also survived by 81 nieces nephews great nieces great nephews and great great nieces and great great nephews.
