He was predeceased by: his daughter Candace. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Linz; his children, T. J., Carl and Kristi Anne; and his grandchildren, Cassie, Taylor, Olivia, Aiden, Alex, Jace, Regan and Riley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
