He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Franklin Baldwin Sr. and Nellie Baldwin (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Baldwin; his sons, Jeffrey (Susan), Gregory and Christian (Christina); his grandchildren, Garrett, Gavin, Adelyn and Alyse; and his brother Herbert "Bud" Franklin Baldwin Jr.. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
