He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sr. Pinta and Sophia Pinta. He is survived by: his wife Karen Pinta; his sisters, Phyllis Budarz (late Thomas) and Alice Mullen (late Thomas); his niece Beth Butty (Sabah); his great-niece Gemma; and his great-nephew Grayson. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (255 W North St, Manhattan, IL 60442). A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
