We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2023, at the age of 84, Norman A. Polaskey of Dyer, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Polaskey and Margaret Polaskey. He is survived by: his spouse Pat Polaskey; his children, Susan Kampenga (Rodger) and Timothy Polaskey (Sally); his grandchildren, Nathan Kampenga (Michaela) and Lisa Heiser (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Lucas Kampenga and Ava Heiser; and his sister Alyce Brown.
