In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Linda had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Linda may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frank Brown; her daughter Tammy Munoz (Antonio); her grandchildren, Hunter Munoz and Miranda Munoz; her siblings, Robert Koartge Sr., Betty Jean "Sugar" Jacusis (late Louis), Roger Koartge (late Sandra), Sharon Hall and Russell Koartge; and her friend Judy Johnston of Buffalo, Texas.. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
