She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fleener and Dolores Fleener. She is survived by: her husband John Henry; her siblings, Laura Fanta (Jim) and James Potocki (Neil Fanelli); her stepdaughters, Amanda Munizer (Ian) and Michelle Young; her grandsons, Emmett and Tyler Young; her godsons, Michael Fanta (Stephanie Klenotich) and Mark Fanta; her great-nephew Connor Fanta; and her goddaughter Katie Zivkovich.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Michiana Humane Society, Inc.
