He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Gargas. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Gargas (Donna), Mary Lynn South (David) and James Gargas (Meghan); his grandchildren, Ashley, Malory, Joshua, Nicole and Brian; his great grandchildren, Kara, Azariah and Ridge; his sister Audrey Simons; and his brother-in-law Fred Ganz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
