He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Frederick (Laura); and his parents, Anthony Frederick and Ann Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Frederick; his children, John D. Frederick, Nancy Jordan and Anthony Frederick; his grandchildren, Kelly Sobucki (Robert), Patricia Jordan, Ethan Frederick and Eleni Frederick; his great grandchildren, Devin Jordan, Kylie Sobucki and Kayla Sobucki; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Marie Cibak, Patricia Mardos and John Waszolek.
