With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Rose of Dyer, Indiana, who passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose; and his children, Michele Bolton (Andy), Suzanne Augustyn (Dave), Jay Rose (Christy) and Theresa Tobey (Josh). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 8580 Wicker Ave in St. John, on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 4-8 pm, the family requests that visitors please wear a mask.
