He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Krygier and Mary Krygier. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, James (Rina) and Thomas (Natalie); and his brother Roman (Charlene). He is also survived by nephews, great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, financial contributions in memory of James can be directed to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
