He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Jongsma; and his sisters, Patricia (Maria) and Judith Bobalik (John). He is survived by: his child Kiana Jongsma; his father Harry Jongsma; his siblings, Penny Triezenberg (Dennis) and Daniel; and his cousin Doug Klitz.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
