She is survived by: her daughters, Gale Boone, Lisa Newenhouse (Roger), Kathy De Vries (Tim) and Rachel Darley (Jacob); her grandchildren, Darren Newenhouse, Dana Pycz (Carl), Andrea Newenhouse, Calvin Darley, Chloe Darley, Camille Darley, Grace of Hunter Pycz, Sawyer Pycz, Logan Rivera, Max Rivera and Mario Rivera; her sister Linda Walden (Sam); and her nieces and nephews, Eddie Walden and Becky Glosson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (1966 Thornton Lansing Rd, Lansing, IL 60438).
