It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmo Eugene Anderson of Dyer, Indiana, born in Preston, Missouri, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Jo Malone; his parents, Alva Granvel (Jake) and Mary Cela Anderson; and his siblings, George Anderson, Betty Ackels, Billy Anderson and Ronald Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Anderson (Linda) of Lansing, MI, Jerry Anderson of St. Charles, MO and Kimberly Frank (Larry) of Dyer, IN.; his grandchildren, T. J. Weigel (Katherine), Daniel Weigel, Katie Chynoweth (Brandon), Sadie Anderson and Macy Anderson; his great grandchildren, Kayla (Chris), Alexus, Broden, Olivia, Skyler, Teddi, Milly and Russell Eugene; his great great grandchildren, Raylie and Waylon; his siblings, Elizabeth Howard, Bob Anderson and Kaye Thomas; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie McClain and Katie Anderson. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
