He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Polito and Agnes Polito. He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his children, Rick Polito (Linda Ruby) of Dyer, IN. and Amy Rivera (Saddy) of Highland, IN; his grandchildren, Jordan, Ryan, Lindsey Polito and Ashleigh Jones; and his brothers, Don Polito (Sheila) and Tom Polito. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
