He was predeceased by: his son Todd Watts Koltyn Watts (Joey); his siblings, Sarah Moore (late Barnett) and JoElla Clemons (J. W.); and his parents, Doyne Osmond and Audie Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Sharyn Watts; his daughter Heidi Rogan (Michael); his grandchildren, Noah, Riley and Michael Jr. Dear; and his siblings, Billie Cooper (Morris), Webster Watts (Ruby), Delores Kinsey (late Bill) and Doris Watts.
