He was predeceased by: his brother Gene O'Neill (late Kay). He is survived by: his wife Janice O'Neill; his children, Kelly O'Neill, Susan Trent (Jerry), Daniel O'Neill (Kathleen), Tracy O'Neill (Stan), Michael Mleczko (Alicia), Lisa Fieldhouse (Dan) and Greg Mleczko; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Kay Burton (Michael), Peggy Carmichael and Lee Bence (Don).
