Donald Cathey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2021, at the age of 77, Donald Cathey (Dyer, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, William "Del" Cathey and Velda Boender. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Richard Stedman (Diana) and Reg Stedman; his grandchildren, Cindy Stedman, Perry Cathey, Matthew Cathey, Mark Cathey (Sophia), Jonathan Cathey, Kira Schuler and Evan Schuler; his sister-in-law Ruth Cathey; and his friends, Chuck Progar and Susan Myers.

Due to the pandemic, the family will have a grave site service only at Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond, Indiana at 1 pm August 13, 2021, where he will be interred.
