Donald Boomstra Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Boomstra; and his parents, Daniel Boomstra and Ruth Boomstra. He is survived by: his children, David Boomstra (Sharon), Denise DeYoung (Donald) and Dawn Porwit; his grandchildren, Eric DeYoung (Jacqui), Matthew Hartman (Amanda), Megan Donovan (Nathan), Michelle Prim, Ryan Boomstra, Andrew Hartman (Stephanie), Maureen Crescenzo (Chris), Scott DeYoung (Kristin), Sarah Hardison (Steve) and Kyle Porwit; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Caleb, Brooklynn, Aiden, Judah, Laila, Landon, Carson, Cadence, Cali, Everly, Austin and Nico.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Community Church (1538 Janice Dr, Schererville, IN 46375). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (1966 Thornton Lansing Rd, Lansing, IL 60438).
