She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Carter and Gladys Carter (Bartlow); her siblings, Larry Carter, Ellen Bermingham and Donna Cavanaugh; her siblings-in-law, Susan Carter (Brown) and Tim Bermingham; her grandson Corey Bates; her daughter Angela Monari; and her niece Debbie Poeta.
She is survived by: her children, Larry and Wendy; her son-in-law Mike; her close friends, Cathy Winkiewicz, Juli Semel, Toni Logston, Cindy Brakely and Karen Grabarczyk; her former husband Lawrence Roethler Sr.; her close friend Dawn; her daughter Amys; her grandsons, Jacob, Joseph, David and Corey Mathew; her great grandchild Alina; her children, Mikey, Amy Evans Aliaga and Michael "Mike" Aliaga; her husband Manuel Osterkamp; her grandchildren, Jessica Rosinski (Sean Matay), Michael Jacob Bates (Monica Meza), Joshua Bates, Marissa Bates and Dylan Roethler; her great grandchild Ysabella Bates; her brothers, Paul Carter David Carter (Darlene Carter) and Kenneth Carter (Cathy Carter); her former husband David Monari (Bonnie Monari); and her close friend Lawrence Roethler Sr.. She is also survived by her nephews, and adorned her nieces some even being more like a sister.
