Bruce Lee LaReau Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2025, at the age of 84, Bruce Lee LaReau of Dyer, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy J. LaReau; his siblings, Jacqueline Maatman (late Norman), Ron LaReau (Debbie) and Lori Skorupka (Terry); and his parents, Eugene LaReau and Evelyn LaReau.
He is survived by: his children, Michael LaReau (Carrie), Mark LaReau (Lisa) and Julie Johnsen (Eric); his grandchildren, Danielle Bultema (Dan), Ryan LaReau (Mary), Caitlyn Jaraczewski (Eric), Eric LaReau (Sarah), Daniel LaReau and Brett Johnsen; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Bultema, Daniel Bultema, Aaron Bultema, Adaline Bultema, Tessa LaReau, Austin LaReau, Isla LaReau, Selah LaReau, Reyer LaReau, Emmitt LaReau and Olivia Jaraczewski.
A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (1966 Thornton Lansing Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
