He is survived by: his parents, Edwin J. of Dupont and Wenda E. Phillips Feutz of Dupont; his children, Tristin Shawn Feutz of Madison, Tylor Braden Feutz of Madison, Peyton Michael Feutz of Madison, Jace Thomas Feutz Nevins of Madison and Chloe Rayne Feutz of Madison; his nephew Cody Allen Holman; his stepgrandmother Hazel Collins Phillips of Madison; and his grandfather Gerald Hurst of Tiner. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
