Phyllis Burnette Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Burnette (Dupont, Indiana), who passed away on September 5, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Holland Meek Caswell and Wilmer Glen Caswell; and her siblings, Ricky Caswell and Alice Griffin. She is survived by: her husband Thomas William Burnette; her children, Donald Scholl (Darlene) of Trimble County, Greg Burnette (Kelly Hunt) of Columbus, Kevin Burnette (Tanya) of Dupont, Indiana and Kim Huff (Mark Hord) of Madison, Indiana; her siblings, Eugene Caswell (Sharon) of Hanover, Indiana and Ellen Lucas of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Gretchen, Joel, Kayla, Ashley, Trey, Amber, Daymond, Corey and Eliza; her great grandchildren, Zach, Ty, Kamden, Scotlyn, Beau, Jacquelyn, Harper, Hudson, Finn and Maggie; her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Birge of Madison, Connie Bragg (Malcolm) of Hanover and Mary Lou Halcomb (Harold) of Madison, Indiana; and her friends, Carol Becker, Jane Morris, Carol McQueary and Jennifer Poggel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
