He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie E. Giltner Buchanan and Phillip Morris Buchanan, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Corina S. Baatz Buchanan of Dupont, Indiana; his daughters, Brandi Kelley (Evan) of Cincinnati and Bridgette Beach (Sawyer) of Madison, Indiana; his grandson Felix Kelley; his mother-in-law Patty Sebree of Madison, Indiana; and his siblings, Leroy Buchanan, Sr. (Glendora) of Dupont, Keith Buchanan of Commiskey, Indiana, Judy Buchanan of Commiskey, Angela Buchanan of Dupont, Anita Buchanan of Tennessee, Hope Helms of Madison, Andrea Buchanan, Debbie Davis of Madison, Teresa Darling (Jeff) of East Enterprise and Chris Baatz of East Enterprise, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
