He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Sherman (Ohlwine) and Clyde Leroy "Red" Sherman. He is survived by: his siblings, Brad Sherman, Stephanie Greer (Edward) and Laura Auer (Bill); his stepmother Marcia Sherman; and his nieces and nephews, Ben, Andrew Greer, Dustin Auer (Erin), Brady Auer (Zoe), Molly Rittenhouse (John) and Maggie Auer. He is also survived by ten great-nieces and nephews and a great-great-niece and nephew; many cousins and friends.
