She is survived by: her husband David Payne; her sisters, Marilynn Toliver (Ralph) of Dayton, TN and Sandra Vance (Robert) of Alexandria, IN; her nephew Jeremy Toliver; her nieces, Bethany Toliver Peckler and Judith Odor; and her godchildren, Preston, Gabrielle, Olivia and Megan Kindler.
