He was predeceased by: his parents, Justice Aldridge and Mable Birchfield Aldridge; and his siblings, Howard, Gene Aldridge and Erlene Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Saundra Aldridge of Dupont; his children, George Tatom (Elizabeth) of Seymour, N. Randall Tatom (Jeanie), Karen Lynn Aldridge and Lisa P. Hall (Randy) of North Vernon; and his grandchildren, Jerrica McDonald, Jessica Apsley of North Vernon, Kolby, Kolton Tatom of Seymour, Nicole, Brittany and Josh Tatom. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
