He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Sparkman and Alberta Sparkman (Frazier); and his siblings, Paul Sparkman, Jack Sparkman, Everett Sparkman, Ronnie Sparkman, Reecie Lucas, Lonnie Frazier, Clara Medlin, Faye Scifres and Cleta Ragan.
He is survived by: his sister Garnett Lucas of Seymour. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.
