He was predeceased by: his mother Penny Curtis. He is survived by: his father Quate; his children, Amanda Hartzell (Kyle), Malea Ann Curtis and Alexander Curtis; his grandchildren, Javen Curtis, Adalynn Bowlin, Ryker Hartzell, Zachary Curtis Jr. and Amellia Curtis; his sisters, Melissa Curtis, Jamie Massey (Johnny) and Trina Cool (Eric); and his former wives, Lisa Curtis and Angela Curtis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
