He is survived by: his father Marvin Starr; his wife Myia Starr; his children, Emily and Joshua Starr; his siblings, Cindy Stashenko (Gregg), Nicci Starr and Heath Starr; his parents-in-law, Gary and Mary Wilson; his sisters-in-law, Amanda Chaffins and Katherine Luong; his niece Ralyn Chaffins; and his nephews, Samuel, Jonathan Stashenko, Edward and Harrison Luong.
