He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Blakely and Margaret V. Rodgers (Glascock); and his son Ronald Blakely Jr.. He is survived by: his spouses, Joyce A. Swimm and Joyce A. Blakely (Swimm) of Dunkirk; his children, Jeff Blakely (Julie) of Muncie, Randall "Randy" Blakely and Carolyn Estrada (Daniel) of Carmel; his stepfather Walter Rodgers of Dunkirk; his brothers, Dennis Rodgers (Chris) of Dunkirk and Gary Rodgers of Dunkirk; his grandchildren, Jordan Overholt (Keith) of Muncie, Justin Blakely (Natalie) of Danville, Katherine Estrada of Carmel and Georgia Estrada of Carmel; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Conor, Eva, Coleman and Owen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
