Roger Erwin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Erwin of Dunkirk, Indiana, born in Carter, Kentucky, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Samuel Erwin and Rose Burton (Hedge); and his siblings, Jane Reed, Patricia Schuler, Verna Erwin, Ernest Burton and Glenn Burton.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris Sammons; his children, Melinda Jane Erwin, Gilbert Martin Erwin (Lisa) of Dunkirk, Emil Lee Erwin (Secrena) of Indianapolis and Quentin Allen Erwin (Marsha) of Anderson, Indiana; and his siblings, Jackie Erwin of Kentucky and Norman Burton of Kentucky. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
